摘　　要：目的系统评价影响我国居民接种HBV疫苗意愿的因素。方法通过计算机检索PubMed、Embase、the Cochrane Library、Web Of Science、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(WanFang Data)、维普期刊资源整合服务平台(VIP)等数据库,搜集2012年至2023年1月31日公开发表的关于我国居民乙肝疫苗接种意愿影响因素的文献,对纳入文献进行质量评价后采用R4.2.1软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入11篇文献,研究对象37222例,Meta分析结果显示接种环境便利性[OR=1.60,95%CI(1.46,1.75)]、是否了解乙肝知识[OR=1.97,95%CI(1.80,2.15)]、婚姻状况[OR=0.75,95%CI(0.69,0.82)]、有无医疗保险[OR=1.47,95%CI(1.02,2.12)]、居住地[OR=1.26,95%CI(1.02,1.55)]是居民接种HBV疫苗意愿的影响因素。结论为提高我国居民接种乙肝疫苗的意愿,应为居民提供更为便利的接种环境,以通俗易懂的表达方式普及乙肝的相关健康知识,降低乙肝疫苗的接种费用,增加相关补贴。Objective To systematically evaluate the factors influencing the willingness of Chinese residents to be vaccinated against HBV.Methods PubMed,Embase,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CNKI,WanFang Data and VIP databases were searched for literature on factors influencing the intention to receive hepatitis B vaccination among Chinese residents published from 2012 to January 31,2023,and the quality of the included literature was assessed and meta-analysis was performed by R4.2.1 software.Results A total of 11 literature were included,involving 37222 subjects.The results of the meta-analysis demonstrated that the convenience of vaccination setting[OR=1.60,95%CI(1.46,1.75)],knowledge of hepatitis B[OR=1.97,95%CI(1.80,2.15)],marital status[OR=0.75,95%CI(0.69,0.82)],getting health insurance or not[OR=1.47,95%CI(1.02,2.12)]and place of residence[OR=1.26,95%CI(1.02,1.55)]were the factors influencing the intention to receive HBV vaccine.Conclusions In order to encourage Chinese residents to be vaccinated against hepatitis B,a more convenient vaccination environment should be provided,health knowledge about hepatitis B should be popularized in an easy-to-understand way,the cost of vaccination for hepatitis B vaccine should be reduced,and the relevant subsidies should be increased.
