古籍文献中偏头痛针灸治疗特色探析

摘　　要：通过梳理先秦至1911年现存的针灸专著与综合性医籍中的相关记载,按病因病机、治则治法、取穴、刺灸法、刺灸禁忌对针灸治疗偏头痛相关信息进行分类提取。总结并提炼出古籍文献中对偏头痛“病因多样、痰湿与风邪兼重”的病机认识;针灸治疗有“刺有先后、标本分治”“重视补虚泻实”的特点;以及丰富的针刺取穴思路、广泛的灸法应用实录、独特的放血疗法应用、明确的刺灸禁忌说明,以期丰富现代偏头痛治疗思路与方法。This paper systematically analyzed the ancient monographs of acupuncture and moxibustion and comprehensive medical books from pre-Qin to 1911,and extracted the data according to the etiology and pathogenesis,treatment principles and methods,acupoint selection,needling and moxibustion,and taboos of needling and moxibustion on migraine.The pathogenesis of migraine in ancient books and documents is summarized as"the causes are diverse,and phlegm-dampness equally important with wind pathogen".For treatment,the features include"needling has a sequence,and the root and the branch should be treated separately"and"focusing on tonifying deficiency and drain excess".It is also obtained of the rich ideas of acupoints selection,extensive application records of moxibustion,unique application of bloodletting therapy and clear explanation of acupuncture and moxibustion taboos,expected to enrich the ideas and methods of modern migraine treatment and improve the clinical effects.
