摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺转移癌的临床和超声特点。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的4例甲状腺转移癌(肾癌2例、恶性黑色素瘤1例,肺癌1例)的临床和超声资料,结合相关文献复习总结甲状腺转移癌的临床和超声特点。结果4例甲状腺转移癌患者均为老年女性,甲状腺超声均表现为结节型,均为多发实性低回声结节,回声与原发肿瘤回声相似。肾癌患者生存时间较长(>1年),恶性黑色素瘤患者生存时间仅6个月。结论甲状腺转移结节回声与原发肿瘤的回声高度相似是甲状腺转移癌的典型超声特征,结合病史有助于提高甲状腺转移癌超声诊断的准确性。Objective To investigate the clinical and ultrasonic characteristics of thyroid metastatic carcinoma.Methods The clinical and ultrasound records of 4 patients with thyroid metastatic carcinoma(2 patients had renal cancer,1 malignant melanoma and 1 lung cancer)confirmed by pathology were retrospectively reviewed,and the clinical and ultrasound characteristics of thyroid metastatic carcinoma were summarized in combination with the relevant literature review.Results All the 4 patients with metastatic thyroid cancer were elderly women.Ultrasonic examinations showed thyroid nodules,all were multiple solid hypoechoic nodules with echogenicity similar to their primary tumors.Patient with renal cancer had a better survival(>1 year),and patient with malignant melanoma had a survival of only 6 months.Conclusions The high similarity between the echo of the thyroid metastatic nodules and the primary tumor is a typical ultrasonic feature of thyroid metastatic carcinoma.The ultrasonic diagnosis accuracy of thyroid metastatic carcinoma can be improved combined with the medical history.
