基于壮医“毒虚”理论探讨莲花针拔罐逐瘀法在原发性痛经中的应用

摘　　要：壮医学认为,“毒虚”是原发性痛经发病的关键因素,三道两路不通为其发病的直接原因,治当遵从“恢复脏腑功能”之法。壮医莲花针拔罐逐瘀法具有浓厚的壮医特色,在神经病理性疼痛的治疗中应用广泛并获得较好疗效。本文从壮医“毒虚”理论入手,探讨莲花针拔罐逐瘀法在原发性痛经中的应用,并为其治疗提供参考。Zhuang medicine believes that"toxin deficiency"is a key factor in the onset of primary dysmenorrhea,and the failure of the"three pathways and two pathways"is the direct cause of its onset.The treatment should follow the method of"restoring visceral function".The Zhuang medicine lotus needle cupping and dredging method has strong Zhuang characteristics,and is widely used in the treatment of neuropathic pain and has achieved good therapeutic effects.Based on the theory of"toxin deficiency"in Zhuang medicine,this article discussed the application of lotus needle cupping and dredging method in primary dysmenorrhea,and provided reference for its treatment.
