摘 要:富氢燃气喷吹强化烧结技术是一项可以节约烧结燃料、降低污染物排放、提高烧结矿产质量的先进技术,但是目前该技术在应用推广过程中遇到了无法与热风、烟气、蒸汽等载能气介质耦合作业的难题。通过数值仿真建模对传统装置结构开展流场分析,探明了导致多种载能气体无法耦合喷吹的根本原因是热风/烟气循环罩侧部的不均匀进风造成罩内流场紊乱;针对性研制了渐扩进气口、矩阵多孔式整流花板、稳流导流筒、反射叠喷管排等一系列核心部件,攻克了技术瓶颈,开发集成了烧结多载能气料面耦合喷吹装备系统。在国内某360 m~2烧结机生产现场投用后取得了良好效果,其台时产量提升了8 t/h,烧结工序能耗下降了2.5 kg/t,且富氢燃气的料面喷吹均匀度提升超过1倍,燃气罩内着火率降低90%,燃气顶部逃逸率降低95%,连续稳定运行周期明显延长。该项装备的研发拓宽了富氢燃气喷吹强化烧结技术的应用范围,推动了烧结工序的高效低碳化转型。Hydrogen-rich gas injection technology is an advanced technology which can save sinter fuel,reduce pollu-tion emission and improve yield and quality of sinter.However,this technology is hard to couple with energy-carry-ing gas such as hot wind,flue gas and steam in the process of promotion and application.Based on this difficulty,numerical model was built and flow field of traditional structure was analyzed.The primary reason why these gas could not be coupled was turbulence of flow field caused by unevenness inlet air at the side of hot wind cover or flue gas cover.Core equipment were developed,such as gradual-enlarged gas inlet,matrix multi cell board,draft tube,reflected pipe bundle and so on,which formed a set of multi-type energy-carrying gas coupled injection system on charge surface of sinter.These equipments were applied in a domestic 360 m’sinter plant and got good profit,the yield improved 8 t/h,energy consumption reduced 2.5 kg/t,the injection uniformity of hydrogen-rich gas doubled,ignition rate in fuel gas cover reduced 90%,escape rate at top of fuel gas reduced 95%,and the cycle for continu-ously steadily production extend obviously.Developing of these equipments broaden the application range of hydro-gen-rich gas injection technology,it also promotes high-efficiency and low-carbon transformation of sinter process.
