摘 要:为解决镀锌光整机对超高强钢边浪板形缺陷消除能力有限的问题,建立了光整轧制过程的有限元模型,对光整机生产超高强钢板形调控能力不足的原因进行了分析;在此基础上,对工作辊和支撑辊辊形进行了优化,并对不同辊形配置条件下光整机的板形调控特性进行了分析。研究表明,辊形优化后承载辊缝横向刚度提高了9%~20%,弯辊调控功效提高了17%,在保证出口板形良好的前提下,弯辊力降低约40%,辊间接触压力不均匀度最大降低31%,从而实现了超高强钢大轧制力光整的可能性。之后分析了工作辊辊径对板形调控特性的影响,发现通过减小工作辊辊径,可以有效降低光整所需轧制力,即采用小辊径工作辊可轧制强度更高、厚度更薄的超高强钢;同时发现工作辊辊径越小,弯辊调控功效和承载辊缝凸度调节域越大,但是承载辊缝横向刚度随之降低,辊间接触压力不均匀度随之增加。对上述研究结果进行了上机应用,证明了优化后的辊形能够有效控制超高强钢边浪板形缺陷,为超高强钢光整过程的板形控制提供了理论依据。In order to solve the problem that the ability of galvanized finishing machine to eliminate the edge wave of ultra high strength steel was limited,the finite element model of finishing rolling process was established,and the reasons for the insufficient ability of finishing machine to control ultra high strength steel shape were analyzed.On this basis,the roll shape of the work roll and support roll was optimized,and the characteristics of shape control for finishing machine under different roll configurations were analyzed.The research shows that after roll shape optimi-zation,the lateral stiffness of bearing roll gap is increased by 9%-20%,the efficiency of bending roll control is in-creased by 17%.Under the condition of ensuring good exit shape,the bending force is reduced by about 40%,the unevenness of the contact pressure between rolls is reduced by 31%at most,so as to realize the possibility of finish-ing ultra high strength steel with large rolling force.The influence of work roll diameter on the characteristics of shape control was analyzed.It is found that the rolling force required for finishing can be effectively reduced by re-ducing the work roll diameter,that is,using a small roll diameter work roll can roll higher strength and thinner ultra high strength steel.And it is also found that the smaller the work roll diameter,the larger the regulation domain of the bending roll control efficiency and the bearing roll gap crown,but the lateral stiffness of the bearing roll gap de-creases,and the unevenness of the contact pressure between rolls increases.Based on the above research results,the on-site application is carried out,which proves that the optimized roll shape can effectively control the edge wave shape defects of ultra high strength steel,and provides a theoretical basis for the shape control of ultra high strength steel finishing process.
