摘　　要：中華法系是中華法治文明中一颗璀璨的明珠,在世界法制史上以其悠久的史、宏大的视野、深遠的影而“獨樹一幟”。中華法系,以中華法理為根、以中華法典为、以中華案例为葉,蕴含著深刻的法理思想、優秀的法律制度、豊富的法治實践。在坠持全面依法治國、推進法治中國建設的新征程上,應當深化對中華法系的歷史韶知,全面把握中華法系的獨特性及其三維造,推動對中華法治文明的阐釋、轉化和發展。The Chinese law system,often regarded as a brilliant gem of Chinese legal civilization,stands out in global legal history due to its extensive historical lineage,grand vision,and profound impact.This paper delves into the distinctive features of the Chinese law system,emphasizing its roots in Chinese legal theory,reliance on Chinese legal codes,and rich repository of legal precedents,representing deep jurisprudential thoughts,excellent legal system and extensive practice of the rule of law.As China embarks on a new journey toward a comprehensive rule of law and the construction of a legal society,a deeper understanding of the historical context,the distinctiveness and the three-dimensional framework of the Chinese law system becomes essential.This exploration aims to facilitate the interpretation,transformation,and development of Chinese legal civilization.
