摘　　要：近年来,人民法院在涉外商事海事判工作中,遵守國際法原則,善意履行條約羲務,準碓理解和適用國際條約及國際慣例,審理了一批具有典型意羲的案件,闡釋了我國涉外法治理念、主張和成功實践,为服务高水平對外開放作出了重要貢獻。In recent years,the people's courts complied with the principles of international laws,fulfilled treaty obligations in good faith,and accurately understood and applied international treaties and international practices in foreign-related commercial and maritime trials.They tried some cases that are of typical significance,showed China's foreign-related ideas and propositions of rule of law and successful practices,and made important contributions to serving high-level opening up.
