黄河流域旅游经济与生态文明耦合协调发展研究

摘　　要：黄河生态治理与黄河文化共同推动流域经济发展,绿色旅游发展提高人民社会生活福祉,提升生态文明建设,实现黄河流域高质量发展。文中以黄河流域沿线九省(区)为研究区域,运用变异系数法和耦合协调模型、障碍度模型,测算并分析了2001-2021年旅游经济发展与生态文明建设耦合协调度的时空格局变化特征,识别出障碍因子。研究结果表明:1)从时空变化来看,两系统整体增势向好,东强西弱明显,山东在全流域居于高水平发展。2)流域整体耦合协调度水平尚处于初级协调,青海、宁夏处于濒临失调,山东和河南处于中级协调水平,生态文明建设的政策驱动效应明显。3)流域整体耦合协调度重心分布为东北-西南方向,陕西处于全流域的重心。4)流域整体耦合协调度的障碍因子是旅游经济发展,两系统的主要障碍因子分别是旅游市场规模和文化建设。The ecological governance on the Yellow River,combined with the rich cultural heritages in the region,jointly propels the economic development in the Yellow River basin,and the development of green tourism enhances the well-being of the population,advances ecological civilization construction and achieves high-quality development in the Yellow River basin.Focusing on the nine provinces(regions)along the Yellow River Basin,the coefficient of variation,coupling coordination model,and obstacle degree model are used to calculate and analyze the spatial-temporal patterns of coupling coordination degree between tourism economic development and ecological civilization construction from 2001 to 2021,and to identify obstacle factors.The results indicate that:1)In terms of spatial-temporal changes,both systems exhibit an overall positive trend,with the east region outperforms the west region.Shandong stands out as a region with high-level development within the entire basin.2)The overall coupling coordination degree of the basin is at the primary coordination level.Qinghai and Ningxia are on the verge of imbalance,while Shandong and Henan are at an intermediate coordination level.The policy-driven effects of ecological civilization construction are evident.3)The distribution of the barycenter for overall coupling coordination degree within the basin follows a northeast-southwest direction,with Shaanxi serving as the barycenter for the entire basin.4)The obstacle factor for the overall coupling coordination degree of the basin is the tourism economy development,and the major obstacle factors for the two systems are the scale of tourism market and the cultural construction,respectively.
