摘 要:为了解决铁水罐加揭盖电源连接手动插拔不方便,不安全的问题,设计了一种自动接电装置用于铁水罐加揭盖电源的自动连接,同时将整个加揭盖的整个流程实现了自动化,为了适应自动化加揭盖又设计了与之适应的质量轻、刚度好、耐热性能好的罐盖机构。该技术可以有效解决冶金企业在复杂工况下自动接电和铁水罐的自动加揭盖问题。本文从工艺流程、功能结构和自动化控制等多方面对该技术进行了介绍。In order to solve the problem of inconvenient and unsafe manual plugging and unplugging of the power supply for adding and removing cover on hot metal ladle,an automatic power connection device was designed for the automatic connection of the power supply for adding and removing cover on hot metal ladle.At the same time,the entire process of adding and removing cover was automated.In order to adapt to the automation of adding and removing cover,a cover mechanism with light weight,good stiffness,and good heat resistance was designed.This technology can effectively solve the problems of automatic power connection and automatic capping of hot metal ladle in metallurgical enterprises under complex working conditions.This article introduces the technology from various aspects such as process flow,functional structure,and automation control.
