摘 要:研究冶金钢铁企业目前在钢渣处理方面面临的困难及需考虑的重点原则,为钢铁企业钢渣全种类全流程高效率、环保化、资源化处理项目实施路径提供决策依据。通过对钢铁企业炼钢单元产生渣的种类及量的分析,到国内外不同钢渣处理工艺原理及装备水平的深入研究,对各种工艺进行充分比较,明确各种工艺的优缺点及适应性。针对钢铁企业的普遍状态,将钢渣厂内处理分为一次、二次处理两个流程,每个流程均需选择合适的工艺及装备,以达到最佳的组合效果,实现钢渣的环保及资源处理。冶金企业在进行钢渣处理质量提升时,必须结合自身条件,选择适宜的处理工艺,在确保钢渣处理安全、环保、高效的基础上进行决策,以获得最佳的效果,实现钢铁企业在成本控制与环保效果两方面的双重提升。This paper studies the difficulties faced by metallurgical steel enterprises in steel slag treatment and the key principles that need to be considered,and provides decision-making basis for the implementation path of steel slag treatment projects with high efficiency,environmental protection and resource utilization of all types and processes.Through the analysis of the type and amount of slag produced in the steelmaking unit of iron and steel enterprises,and the in-depth study of the principle and equipment level of different steel slag treatment processes,various processes are fully compared,and the advantages and disadvantages and adaptability of various processes are clearly defined.According to the general state of steel enterprises,the treatment of steel slag plant is divided into two processes:primary treatment and secondary treatment.Each process needs to choose the appropriate process and equipment to achieve the best combination effect and realize the environmental protection and resource treatment of steel slag.When upgrading the quality of steel slag treatment,metallurgical enterprises must combine their own conditions,choose the appropriate treatment process,and make decisions on the basis of ensuring the safety,environmental protection and efficiency of steel slag treatment,so as to obtain the best results,and realize the double improvement of cost control and environmental protection effects of iron and steel enterprises.
