摘 要:针对1580mm四辊粗轧机轧辊非工艺性轴向窜动的问题,介绍了轧辊非工艺性轴向窜动的危害,认为辊系交叉产生辊间轴向力是轧辊轴向窜动的主要原因。通过理论结合实际,详细分析了轧辊水平交叉与垂直交叉的影响因素,从工艺、设备、操作等方面提出了控制方法,并成功应用于实践。R2四辊粗轧机轧辊及主传动系统轴向窜动量稳定在2mm左右,轧制稳定性得到显著提高,为类似问题的处理和提高轧机维护水平提供了参考。Aiming at the nontechnological roll axial movement problem of the 1580mm fourth-roll rough mill,harmful effects of nontechnological roll axial movement has been described,it is believed that the reasons for the axial movement of roll are the axial force from roll cross.By combining theories with practice,the factors effecting horizontal and vertical crossing of rolls are stated in detail,the control measures are put forward from the aspects of process、equipment and operation,and have been successfully applied in practice.The axial displacement of roll and main drive system of R2 rolling mill is stable at about 2mm,and the rolling stability is significantly improved,this provides a reference for handling similar problems and improving the maintenance level of rolling mills.
