摘 要:为解决钢铁企业噪声排放超标的问题,本文对宝武某钢厂内环境噪声进行了分类与监测。通过对该钢厂内不同厂区、不同工况下的噪声进行分类,分析了噪声产生的原因和不同设备所产生噪声频谱特性,并提出了企业噪声综合治理方案。实践证明,该方案可以有效降低工厂内部及周边环境噪声,为企业长期稳定生产提供助力。开展钢铁企业噪声监测及分析,可以为后续噪声治理提供数据源,响应国家环保要求,避免产生因环保不达标或居民投诉带来的停产风险。In order to solve the problem of excessive noise emission in steel enterprises,this paper classifies and monitors the environmental noise in a steel enterprise in Baowu.By classifying the noise in different areas of the plant and under different working conditions,analysing the causes of noise generation and the spectral characteristics of the noise generated by different equipment,a comprehensive noise management programme for steel enterprises is proposed.It has been proven that the programme can effectively reduce noise inside the plant and in the surrounding area,and help to maintain stable production in the long term.The implementation of noise monitoring and analysis in iron and steel enterprises can provide a data source for subsequent noise management,meet national environmental protection requirements,and avoid the risk of production stoppage due to inadequate environmental protection or complaints from local residents.
