摘　　要：介绍了故障状态下两种拆卸布料溜槽更换倾动减速机的方法;首先将溜槽下端用钢丝绳套牢,然后使用检修天车向上缓慢抬动溜槽,配合手动盘车将溜槽跃过减速机内部46°故障齿或者采用拆除扇形尺后中控操作倾动减速机下倾后再安装扇形尺的“错齿法”避开故障齿向上倾动溜槽至检修位置。采用第一种方法将计划8小时拆卸布料溜槽的时间缩短至3小时,极大的减少了施工时间的同时也避免了整体更换气密箱,节约了维修成本,高炉得以提前送风生产。这两种方法可以为同类型的设备故障提供参考借鉴。Two methods for replacing the tilting reducer of the disassembled material chute under this fault were introduced:first the lower end with wire rope,and then use the maintenance car up slowly lift the chute,with the manual tray chute over reducer internal 46°fault gear or remove the fan ruler after the control operation tilt reducer down after installing fan ruler"gear dislocation method"to avoid the fault tooth upward tilt chute to the maintenance position.The first method is used to shorten the time of removing the cloth chute to 3 hours,which greatly reduces the construction time and avoids the overall replacement of the gas-seal box,saves the maintenance cost,and produces the blast furnace in advance.These two methods can provide a reference for similar types of equipment failure.
