摘  要:为了提高光电化学传感器的光电性能,选择金纳米团簇(MUA-AuNCs)为光敏材料,以核酸适配体(aptamer)为链接单元,同时引入银纳米(AgNPs)颗粒,构建了基于AuNCs/aptamer-AgNPs结构的增强型PEC传感器.实验结果表明,所设计的传感器不仅具有稳定的光电转换能力,而且能够实现光电性能增强.之后根据传感器的光电特性对光电转换模型和增强机理进行了分析.最后为使基于aptamer的增强型PEC传感器具有最佳的光电流响应,探究了AgNPs和aptamer浓度对增强性能的影响.当AgNPs浓度为1.65 nmol/L,aptamer浓度为10 nmol/L时,传感器的光电增强性能最佳,光电流增幅达到175.46%.最终实现了基于aptamer的增强型PEC传感器的搭建,为光电化学领域提供了一种工艺简单、性能稳定且应用更为广泛的增强型PEC传感器.In order to improve the photoelectric properties of photoelectrochemical(PEC)sensors,the sensors based AuNCs/aptamer-AgNPs were constructed with MUA-AuNCs as photosensitive material,aptamer as link unit and AgNPs.The results show that the designed sensor not only has stable photoelectric conversion capacity,but also can improve the photocurrent response of the sensor.Then the photoelectric conversion model and enhancement mechanism were analyzed according to the photoelectric properties.In addition,the influence of aptamer and AgNPs concentration on increase in photocurrent was explored to achieve the best photocurrent response of the PEC sensor based on aptamer.When AgNPs concentration was 1.65 nmol/L and aptamer concentration was 10 nmol/L,the photocurrent was the best,with an increase of 175.46%.Therefore,the construction of PEC sensors based on aptamer is realized,which provide enhanced PEC sensors with simple process,stable performance and more extensive application in the field of photoelectrochemical.
