裸花紫珠胶囊联合头孢曲松钠治疗妊娠尿路感染的效果及对妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨裸花紫珠胶囊联合头孢曲松钠治疗妊娠尿路感染的效果及对妊娠结局的影响。方法队列对照研究。抽取2022年1月至2023年10月河津市人民医院产科收治的72例妊娠尿路感染患者,采用治疗方案分为对照组与研究组,每组36例。对照组静脉注射头孢曲松钠,研究组给予裸花紫珠胶囊联合头孢曲松钠治疗。分析两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状改善情况、阴道微生态环境及妊娠结局。结果研究组治疗总有效率(97.22%,35/36)高于对照组(69.44%,25/36),P<0.05。治疗后,研究组菌群密集度、菌群多样性高于对照组(P<0.05),pH值低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良妊娠率(2.78%,1/36)低于对照组(27.78%,10/36),P<0.05。结论妊娠尿路感染患者采用裸花紫珠胶囊联合头孢曲松钠治疗的临床疗效理想,不仅能缓解临床症状,还能促进阴道微生态环境改善,减少不良妊娠结局的发生。Objective To investigate the effect of callicarpa nudiflora capsules combined with ceftriaxone sodium in the treatment of pregnancy urinary tract infection and the influence on pregnancy outcome.Methods A total of 72 patients with gestational urinary tract infection admitted to People’s Hospital of Hejin from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected for the cohort controlled study.And they were divided into a control group and a study group by therapeutic plans,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous ceftriaxone sodium,while the study group was treated with callicarpa nudiflora capsules combined with ceftriaxone sodium.The clinical efficacy,improvement of clinical symptoms,vaginal microenvironment,and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the study group(97.22%,35/36)was higher than that of the control group(69.44%,25/36),P<0.05.After treatment,the bacteria density and diversity of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the pondus hydrogenii value was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy in the study group(2.78%,1/36)was lower than that in the control group(27.78%,10/36),P<0.05.Conclusions Callicarpa nudiflora capsules combined with ceftriaxone sodium has ideal clinical efficacy in the treatment of pregnant patients with urinary tract infection.It can alleviate clinical symptoms,promote the improvement of vaginal microecological environment,and reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes.
