水囊压迫联合欣母沛治疗产后出血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究水囊压迫联合欣母沛治疗产后出血的效果。方法队列研究。抽取2021年4月至2023年5月在西安市人民医院接受治疗的产后出血患者131例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(65例)与观察组(66例)。对照组采用欣母沛治疗,观察组采用水囊压迫联合欣母沛治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果,比较两组治疗前后血流动力指标[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及心率(HR)]变化,比较两组不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率(98.48%,65/66)高于对照组(89.23%,58/65),P<0.05。治疗后,观察组SBP、DBP低于对照组,HR高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论水囊压迫联合欣母沛治疗产后出血效果显著,可有效改善血流动力指标,且不良反应少。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of water sac compression combined with Xinmupei in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 131 postpartum hemorrhage patients who received treatment in Xi’an People’s Hospital from April 2021 to May 2023 were selected for the cohort study.And the selected patients were divided into the control group(65 cases)and the observation group(66 cases)using a random number table method.The control group was treated with Xinmupei,and the observation group was treated by water sac compression combined with Xinmupei.The treatment effect of the two groups were compared.The levels of preoperative and postoperative hemodynamic indicators such as systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and heart rate(HR)were compared between the two groups.And the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(98.48%,65/66)was higher than that of the control group(89.23%,58/65),P<0.05.After treatment,the SBP and DBP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the HR was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of water sac compression and Xinmupei has a significant therapeutic effect on postpartum hemorrhage,which can effectively improve hemodynamic indicators,with fewer adverse reactions.
