摘　　要：线粒体膜电位(MMP)是细胞损伤最敏感的指标之一,也是中医药(TCM)临床干预心脏功能的潜在靶点之一。心血管疾病的发生发展机制十分复杂,常累及心肌和其他各个脏器,且大多呈现慢性发展、死亡率高的特点,严重影响患者生存质量。TCM治疗心血管疾病具有不良反应小、耐药性低、整体论治的独特优势,可有效减轻患者症状,改善预后。近年来,从线粒体功能探究心血管疾病的机制成为了研究热点,而MMP与线粒体作用机制密切联系。大量研究表明,TCM通过MMP对心血管疾病的治疗效果,可能通过调节能量代谢、改善线粒体结构功能、抑制氧化应激、抑制细胞凋亡等途径发挥作用,可以有效干预心血管疾病发展,保护患者心功能,提高治愈率,降低致死率。该文通过查阅近年来国内外有关TCM干预MMP调节心血管疾病机制的研究文献,重点从动脉粥样硬化、心力衰竭、心肌缺血再灌注损伤、糖尿病心肌病、肺动脉高压等疾病角度进行系统梳理,总结了目前TCM通过影响MMP治疗心血管疾病的研究现状。研究发现,大部分中药复方、单味中药、有效部位及中药单体可以通过调控MMP,达到改善线粒体功能发挥保护心肌细胞损伤的作用。而相关临床试验证据及MMP的中医理论研究较为缺乏,有待进一步研究探索,以期后续更好地为TCM在心血管疾病治疗方面提供思路与借鉴。Mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP)is one of the most sensitive indicators of cell damage,and also one of the potential targets of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical intervention in cardiac function.The mechanism of occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease is very complex,often involving the myocardium and other organs,and most of them show the characteristics of chronic development and high mortality,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The TCM treatment of cardiovascular diseases has the unique advantages of small side effects,low drug resistance and holistic treatment,which can effectively reduce patients'symptoms and improve prognosis.In recent years,the exploration of the mechanism of cardiovascular disease from mitochondrial function has become a research hotspot,and MMP is closely related to the mechanism of mitochondrial action.A large number of studies show that TCM through MMP for the treatment of cardiovascular disease,may by regulating energy metabolism,improve mitochondrial structure function,inhibit oxidative stress,inhibit apoptosis,can effectively intervention in the development of cardiovascular disease,protect patients heart function,improve the cure rate,reduce the fatality rate.This paper systematically sorted out the research literature on the mechanism of MMP regulation regulating cardiovascular disease,mainly from the view of atherosclerosis,heart failure,myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury,diabetic cardiomyopathy disease,and pulmonary artery hypertension,and summarizes the current Chinese medicine through the influence of MMP treatment of cardiovascular disease.It is found that most of the Chinese medicine compound,single Chinese herb,effective section and TCM monomers can improve the protection of mitochondrial function by regulating MMP.However,relevant clinical trial evidence and TCM theoretical research of MMP are relatively lacking,which needs further research and exploration,in order to provide better ideas and reference for subsequent TCM i
