摘 要:目的:基于休克的中西医临床病证特点,分析评价现有常用休克动物模型复制方法及其与临床诊断标准的吻合度,总结休克动物模型与临床病证特点的契合程度和优缺点,为完善休克动物模型提供思路和参考。方法:建立中西医临床诊断标准,对现有各种模型复制方法的表现症状和相关指标进行赋值分析,统计其与临床吻合度大小。结果:大部分模型制备的症状特征更加契合西医诊断标准,建立合适的病证结合动物模型能更好地反应临床,在休克动物模型的发展与完善中应更多体现中医证候特点。结论:实验动物的选择、因素的可控性、单因素强弱、多因素的互相结合和无关干扰较小的施加方式等对休克动物模型建立起到至关重要的作用。模型复制方法应该更经济,效率更高,可重复性更好,更符合中西医临床表现。Objective:Based on the clinical characteristics of shock in traditional Chinese and western medicine,this study aims to analyze and evaluate the common modeling methods for shock with animals and their coincidence with clinical diagnostic criteria and to summarize the coincidence of the animal models with clinical characteristics,and the advantages and disadvantages of the models,which is expected to provide ideas and a reference for improving shock animal model.Methods:The clinical diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine were established.The symptoms and indexes of various models developed with different methods were assigned and analyzed,and the coinci dence with clinical features was assessed.Results:The symptoms of most models are more in line with the diagnostic criteria of western medicine.An appropriate animal model based on the combination of disease and syndrome can well reflect clinical,and the characteristics of TCM syndromes should be emphasized in the development and improvement of shock animal models.Conclusion:The selection of experimental animals,controllability of factors,strength of single factor,combination of multiple factors,and application method with lile independent interference are crucial for the establishment of shock animal model.The modeling method should be more economical,efficient,repeatable,and in line with the clinical manifestations in traditional Chinese and western medicine.
