摘 要:手足口病(hand-foot-mouth disease,HFMD)是由多种肠道病毒感染引起的急性传染病,在全世界尤其是亚太地区多次暴发、持续流行,给儿童的生命健康带来了严重威胁。HFMD病原谱较广,且主要肠道病毒血清型病原谱不断发生变化,单价疫苗无法预防由不同血清型病毒感染引起的HFMD,多价疫苗是防控HFMD的主要手段。此文对HFMD病原学及多价疫苗的研发进展进行综述。Hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)is an acute infectious disease caused by a variety of enteroviruses.Numerous outbreaks and epidemics have occurred worldwide,especially in the Asia-Pacific region,posing a serious threat to children's lives and health.HFMD has a wide spectrum of pathogens,and the pathogenic spectrum of the main enterovirus serotypes is constantly changing.Monovalent vaccines cannot prevent HFMD caused by infection of different serotypes of viruses.Multivalent vaccines are the main means of preventing and controlling HFMD.This paper reviews the research and development progress of HFMD etiology and related multivalent vaccines.
