摘　　要：足趾侧方皮瓣是一种主要以足趾一侧趾底动脉为蒂的轴型血管皮瓣。它供区隐蔽,质地致密,血管恒定且口径适中,可携带知名的神经,是一种理想的指腹缺损修复方式。本文通过复习足趾侧方皮瓣相关的文献,从历史渊源、应用解剖、术式更新、血管吻合(神经缝接)方式、供区处理、术后管理、术后供区(和受区)恢复情况及展望8个方面对其进行综述,旨在全面介绍足趾侧方皮瓣的临床应用及研究进展。The lateral toe flap is an axial vascular flap of which the artery is mainly originated from the proper toe plantar artery on one side of the toe.The donor site of the flap is concealed,the texture is dense,the blood vessels are constant and the sizes are moderate.The flap carries well-known nerves.Therefore,it is an ideal flap for reconstruction of the defect of digit-pulp.This article reviews the literatures relevant to lateral toe flap in 8 aspects:historical origin,applied anatomy,surgical update,method of vascular and nerve anastomosis,donor site treatment,postoperative management,postoperative recovery of donor and recipient sites,and summary and prospect.It aims to comprehensively introduce the clinical application and research progress of the lateral toe flap.
