摘  要:唐钢新区1号高炉探索球团矿比例从19.5%提高到31%的操作制度,初步探索结果表明,高球比生产对煤气流分布的影响较大。之后,经过一年多的探索,唐钢新区2922m^(3)高炉成功实现40%以上高球比操作,主要操作经验是:根据炉况逐步提高球团矿比例,不可盲目地快速提升;调整装料制度宜采用“稳定边沿,保证中心”的思路,当出现炉墙结厚趋势时,可适当强化边沿气流进行处理,减少大幅调整装料制度;当中心气流减弱、炉缸状态下降时,可适当缩小风口面积,保证风速达到255m/s以上,提高鼓风动能;应将铁水[Si]控制在0.3%~0.4%,炉渣碱度控制在1.15~1.20,保证高炉稳定顺行。An operating system is explored in No.12922 m^(3)BF of Tangshan Steel New Area with pellet rate increasing from 19.5%to 31%,and the result shows that the BF production under high pellet rate greatly influences the gas flow distribution.After over a year of exploration operation,these furnaces successfully produce hot metal under above 40%of pellets.The main operating experience suggests that the pellet rate should be increased step by step according to the furnace condition other than sharp increasing groundlessly;when adjusting the charging system,efforts shall be made to stabilize the edge gas flow and ensure the central gas flow,and the edge gas flow shall be enhanced appropriately in case of any trace of wall accretion,so as to avoid great adjustment of the charging system;when the central gas flow become small and the hearth condition deteriorates,the tuyere area should be reduced to ensure over 255 m/s blasting speed for higher blast kinetic energy;[Si]content of hot metal should be controlled at 0.3%-0.4%,and the slag alkalinity should be kept at 1.15-1.20 to ensure stable and smooth running of the furnace.
