摘 要:为解决汽车机械设计制造及其自动化技术中的能源消耗问题,相关研究需以节能为出发点来进行探讨。本文对汽车机械设计制造及其自动化技术中的能源消耗问题进行了简要阐述,并对汽车机械设计制造及其自动化技术中的节能策略进行了分析。设计师需优化对材料的选用,以减少设备的摩擦,并通过动力传输优化、引进智能控制、能量回收利用、传感器等多元化技术,提高设备的节能管控水平。To solve the energy consumption problem in the design,manufacturing,and automation technology of automotive machinery,relevant personnel need to explore energy conservation as the starting point.Automotive machinery design and manufacturing and automation technology of energy saving strategy need to be flexible and efficient application,this paper,the automobile machinery design and automation technology of energy consumption problem,and automotive machinery design and manufacturing and energy saving strategy is analyzed,in this link,the designer needs to optimize material selection,dedicated to reduce equipment friction,and through the power transmission optimization,the introduction of intelligent control,energy recycling,sensors,improve the level of energy saving control equipment.
