摘 要:随着汽车工业的快速发展,整车质量已成为决定汽车制造企业竞争力的关键因素之一。全车综合检具作为一种先进的质量控制工具,在提升整车质量方面发挥着重要作用。本文从理论层面探讨了全车综合检具综合匹配技术在提升整车质量中的应用。首先,阐述了全车综合检具的基本概念和特点,分析了其在整车质量控制中的优势。其次,探讨了综合匹配技术的原理和方法,揭示了其在全车综合检具中的应用机制。With the rapid development of automobile industry,vehicle quality has become one of the key factors that determine the competitiveness of automobile manufacturing enterprises.As an advanced quality control tool,the comprehensive inspection tool for the whole vehicle plays an important role in improving the quality of the whole vehicle.In this paper,the application of comprehensive matching technology based on the comprehensive inspection fixture of the whole vehicle in improving the quality of the whole vehicle is discussed theoretically.Firstly,the basic concept and characteristics of the comprehensive inspection fixture for the whole vehicle are expounded,and its advantages in the quality control of the whole vehicle are analyzed.Secondly,the principle and method of comprehensive matching technology are deeply discussed,and its application mechanism in the comprehensive checking fixture of the whole vehicle is revealed.
