摘 要:汽车悬架是汽车的关键部分,它的核心功能是传送车轮的载荷并确保车轮在移动中具备必要的刚度,保证车辆行驶的平稳和高效。悬架系统主要由悬架弹簧、减振设备和车轮构成。其中,悬架弹簧构造简单、成本较低,为大多数汽车所采用,但是在实际生产流程中存在汽车弹簧断裂问题。文章探究了造成悬架弹簧断裂的原因,并据此提出了应对策略,以尽可能降低悬架弹簧断裂的概率,提升产品的品质与效益。Automobile suspension is a key part of the car,its core function is to transfer the load of the wheels and ensure that the wheels have the necessary rigidity in motion,so as to ensure the smooth and efficient driving of the vehicle.The suspension system is mainly composed of suspension springs,damping equipment and wheels.Among them,the suspension spring has a simple structure and low cost,which is used in most automobiles,but there is a problem of automobile spring fracture in the actual production process.This paper explores the causes of suspension spring fracture,and proposes countermeasures to reduce the probability of suspension spring fracture as much as possible and improve the quality and efficiency of products.
