摘　　要：在新时代背景下,人与自然的和谐共生成为一项重要的时代课题,而机动车尾气污染防治工作则是这项课题的重要组成部分。文章从加强法规标准与政策保障、深度推动行业集约化发展及科学嵌入大数据监控技术三个方面,运用文献分析、例证法等研究方法,梳理归纳了新时代背景下机动车尾气污染防治的总体要求,提出了机动车尾气污染防治工作中所普遍面临的监督执法、检验检测、数据监控等方面的现实问题,探索了新时代背景下机动车尾气污染防治工作的实践策略。In the context of the new era,the harmonious coexistence of man and nature has become an important issue of the times,and the prevention and control of motor vehicle exhaust pollution is an important part of this issue.Based on this,this paper proposes to strengthen regulations,standards and policy protection,deeply promote the intensive development of the industry and scientifically embedded big data monitoring technology in three aspects,through the use of literature analysis,illustrative method and other research methods,sorting out and summarising the overall requirements of motor vehicle exhaust pollution prevention and control in the context of the new era,and puts forward the supervision and law enforcement,inspection and testing,and data monitoring,etc.,which are generally faced by the prevention and control of motor vehicle exhaust pollution,and explores the practical problems in the context of the new era.It puts forward the practical problems in supervision and enforcement,inspection and testing,data monitoring,etc.,and explores the practical strategies for the prevention and control of motor vehicle exhaust pollution in the context of the new era.
