摘  要:随着城市化进程的加速,停车难成为影响城市交通流畅性的关键问题之一。利用现代信息技术、网络技术和自动控制技术,对停车场的入口、出口及停车位进行实时监控和管理,实现车辆的自动化管理,可提高停车效率和车位利用率。系统关键技术主要包括车牌识别技术、传感器技术和移动支付系统等。智能停车系统广泛应用于自动化立体停车场和路侧停车管理,不仅提高了停车管理的效率和便捷性,还对缓解城市交通拥堵、提升道路使用效率和促进城市可持续发展具有重要意义。As urbanization accelerates,parking difficulties have become one of the key issues affecting the smooth flow of city traffic.Smart parking systems utilize modern information technology,network technology,and automatic control technology to monitor and manage the entrances,exits,and parking spaces of parking lots in real time,achieving automated vehicle management and thus enhancing parking efficiency and space utilization.The system mainly includes key technologies such as license plate recognition,sensor technology,and mobile payment systems,and is widely used in high-density automated multi-level parking garage and roadside parking management.These applications not only improve the efficiency and convenience of parking management but also play a significant role in alleviating urban traffic congestion,enhancing road utilization efficiency,and promoting sustainable urban development.
