摘 要:通过变形翼的方式提升高超声速飞行器的气动性能是未来高超声速飞行器适应大空域、宽速域飞行需求的一种有效方式。但在高超声速条件下,变形翼受到严酷的气动加热,对防热设计提出了更高的要求。通过NNW-CAPTER高超声速多场耦合分析软件,基于“热流不动,结构移动”与“结构不动,热流移动”两种思路,分别构建了基于结构动网格技术和表面数据传递的数据传递方法,实现了伸缩翼结构气动热-传热耦合模拟。基于表面数据传递方法对比了伸缩过程不同时间步长选取对计算结果的影响,分析了伸缩过程不同数据传递方法插值误差的影响,最后提出在工程应用中,当伸出时间较短且后续弹道较长时,可以基于伸缩初始时刻和完成时刻的热流数据进行插值,从而简化计算,缩短设计时间。The deformable wings is an effective way to improve the aerodynamic performance of hypersonic vehicles to adapt to the needs of large airspace and wide speed flight.However,under the hypersonic conditions,deformable wings are subjected to severe aerodynamic heating,posing higher requirements for thermal design.Through the NNW-CAPTER hypersonic coupling analysis software,based on the two ideas of"heat flow remains stationary,structure moves"and"structure remains stationary,heat flow moves",two kinds of data transfer methods based on moving mesh technology and surface data transfer method are developed.The aerodynamic thermal heat transfer coupling simulation of telescopic wing structures is achieved.The influence of different time step selection during the telescoping process on the calculation results is compared using surface data transfer methods,and the impact of interpolation errors in different data transfer methods are analyzed during the stretching process.Finally the interpolation can be simplified based on the heat flow data at the initial and completion times of the telescoping in engineering applications when the telescoping time is short and the subsequent trajectory is long,to simplify the calculation and short the design time.
