摘　　要：《作战纲要》是美国陆军核心条令,用于指导美国陆军作战行动。近年来,在重回“大国竞争”战略背景下,为应对未来高端战争,美国陆军提出“多域作战”概念并不断深化完善其作战能力。基于对《FM 3-0作战纲要》(2022版)的深入分析,阐述了其发布的理论背景、实践背景及实战背景,归纳了其有关新型作战环境模型、陆军基本作战原理、陆军海上作战行动、主要竞争对手威胁等重要内容,总结了其呈现出的主要特点,并提出了针对性的认识思考。系统解析可以得出:本版《FM 3-0作战纲要》将多域作战确立为美国陆军的作战概念,并以多域作战为核心塑造未来作战框架,是美国陆军多域转型的里程碑。FM3-O Operations is the US Army's capstone doctrine for guiding the Army Forces on how to conduct the operational actions.In recent years,under the strategic background of returning to great power competition,the US Army has developed the multidomain operations concept and continuously improved its operational capabilities in order to cope with the high-end wars in the future.Based on the in-depth analysis of the 2022 version of FM3-0 Operations,the theoretical,practical and combat background are described,and the important contents of new operational environment,the Army's basic operational principles,the Army's maritime operations,and the main competitors'threats are summarized.In addition,the main features of this version of FM 3-0 Operations are summarized,and some opinions are put forward.Through systematical analysis,it can be concluded that the multidomain operations is regarded as the Army's operational concept,taking this concept as the core to shape the future operational framework,and marking a milestone in the process of the US Army's multidomain transformation.
