摘　　要：信息资源时代下,作为知识载体的文献资源与日俱增,对书目工作的效率和服务质量提出了新的时代需求。总结前人的研究工作,发现书目的最终导向在于服务用户,但传统书目在实践工作中多以资源为导向,用户的主体地位不够显著。为此,当代书目工作应纳入用户因素,重点在于处理书目资源库、用户需求、用户能力三者之间的关系,由此衍生出智能书目的概念及内涵,据此设计构建的智能书目系统,通过动态建设深度标引组织的书目资源库、针对性满足用户各类个性化需求、精准定位用户各项能力,能够扩展书目资源库、用户需求、用户能力三者之间的交集,提供相宜的灵活智能性服务,推动书目的智能个性化发展进程,助力智慧图书馆知识服务平台建设。At the era of big data,an increasing number of literatures as knowledge carrier forces the improvement in bibliographic works.Previous research for bibliographic works usually tends to ignore users'needs for potential knowledge,Thus,this study insists that bibliographic works should take users'information into account and focus on the relationship among the bibliographic resources,the needs from users and the ability of users.This viewpoint results in the production of inteligent bibliography.Intelligent bibliography system oriented by users concentrates on the collection and organization for bibliographic resources marked by superficial and profound information,satisfaction for various needs from users,and assessment for users'ability in all sorts of fields.It will provide intelligent services by expanding the intersection of bibliographic resources,needs from users and users'ability.To some extent,it is feasible to improve the intelligent level of bibliographic work and construct the knowledge service platform of smart library.
