7.5mg布比卡因+5ug舒芬太尼联合间羟胺升压处理在蛛网膜下腔麻醉下行剖宫产手术中麻醉效果及安全性的研究

摘　　要：目的研究7.5mg布比卡因+5ug舒芬太尼联合间羟胺升压处理在蛛网膜下腔麻醉下行剖宫产手术中的麻醉效果及安全性。方法选择2023年3月-2023年12月于广东医科大学附属东莞第一医院接受蛛网膜下腔麻醉的61例剖宫产手术产妇,随机分为两组,实验组采用7.5mg布比卡因+5ug舒芬太尼联合间羟胺,对照组采用7.5mg布比卡因联合间羟胺,比较两组患者麻醉效果和安全性。结果实验组麻醉起效时间短于对照组,痛觉恢复时间、麻醉持续时间长于对照组(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组产后疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),但新生儿Apgar评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论7.5mg布比卡因+5ug舒芬太尼联合间羟胺升压处理在蛛网膜下腔麻醉下行剖宫产手术中的麻醉效果较好,且安全性较高,可缩短麻醉起效时间,延长麻醉持续时间,降低不良反应发生率,减轻产后疼痛,对新生儿Apgar评分无明显影响。Objective To investigate the anesthesia effect and safety of 7.5mg bupivacaine+5ug sufentanil combined with meta hydroxylamine in subarachnoid anesthesia for cesarean section surgery.Method Sixty one cesarean section women who received subarachnoid anesthesia in our hospital from March 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group received 7.5mg bupivacaine+5ug sufentanil combined with meta hydroxylamine,while the control group received 7.5mg bupivacaine combined with meta hydroxylamine.The anesthesia effect and safety of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The results showed that the anesthesia effect time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the pain recovery time and anesthesia duration were longer than those in the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reactions in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the postpartum pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the Apgar score of newborns compared to the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The anesthesia effect of 7.5mg bupivacaine+5ug sufentanil combined with meta hydroxylamine in subarachnoid space cesarean section surgery is good,and the safety is high.It can shorten the onset time of anesthesia,prolong the duration of anesthesia,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,alleviate postpartum pain,and have no significant effect on the Apgar score of newborns.
