复合肠道微生态制剂治疗单纯性肥胖患儿的效果及对胃肠道反应和血清leptin、visfatin水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析复合肠道微生态制剂治疗单纯性肥胖患儿的效果及对胃肠道反应和血清瘦素(leptin)、内脂素(visfatin)水平的影响。方法选择鹰潭市人民医院2022年1月-2023年1月诊治的单纯性肥胖患儿60例,应用计算机随机数字分组法将其分成对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组接受基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用复合肠道微生态制剂治疗。比较两组患儿血脂[三酰甘油(Triacylglycerol,TG)、总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)、高密度脂蛋白(Highdensity lipoprotein,HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(Lowdensity lipoprotein,LDL)]水平、血清leptin、visfatin水平、体格指标、临床疗效及胃肠道反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患儿血清TG、TC、HDL、LDL水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿血清leptin、visfatin水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿体重、BMI、收缩压及舒张压均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(66.67%)(P<0.05)。两组患儿胃肠道反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复合肠道微生态制剂治疗单纯性肥胖患儿的效果确切,可以明显降低血脂和血清leptin、visfatin水平,优化体格指标,安全可靠。Objective To analyze the efficacy of composite gut microbiota in the treatment of simple obesity in children and its impact on gastrointestinal reactions and serum levels of leptin and visfatin.Method Sixty children with simple obesity who were diagnosed and treated in the Yingtan People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using computer random number grouping method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received basic treatment,while the observation group received composite intestinal microbiota therapy on the basis of the control group.Compare the levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),serum leptin,visfatin levels,physical indicators,clinical efficacy,and occurrence of gastrointestinal reactions between two groups of children.Results After treatment,the levels of serum TG,TC,HDL,and LDL in both groups of children were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of leptin and visfatin in both groups of children were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the body weight,BMI,systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups of children were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(66.67%)(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions between the two groups of children(P>0.05).Conclusion The composite intestinal microbiota has a definite effect on the treatment of children with simple obesity,which can significantly reduce blood lipids and serum leptin and visfatin levels,optimize physical indicators,and is safe and reliable.
