“设备管家制”在综合医院口腔设备管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察“设备管家制”在综合医院口腔门诊的应用效果。方法将2022年10月1日-2023年1月31日对口腔门诊设备管理的232次作为对照组,采用原有管理模式干预;将2023年2月1日-2023年5月31日对口腔门诊设备管理的246次作为观察组,采用“设备管家制”模式干预,比较两组干预效果。结果观察组护技人员设备操作规范率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组设备故障发生率和设备维修费用均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将“设备管家制”应用于综合医院口腔门诊的设备管理中效果显著,值得推广。Objective Observe the application effect of the"equipment butler system"in the dental outpatient department of a comprehensive hospital.Method 232 cases of oral outpatient equipment management from October 1,2022 to January 31,2023 were used as the control group,and the original management model was used for intervention.246 cases of oral outpatient equipment management from February 1,2023 to May 31,2023 were used as the observation group,and the"equipment management system"model was used for intervention to compare the effectiveness of the two groups.Result The equipment operation standard rate of the observation group's nursing technicians was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of equipment failures and equipment maintenance costs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the"equipment butler system"in the equipment management of the dental outpatient department of a comprehensive hospital has a significant effect and is worth promoting.
