循证护理对老年肌少症效果的实证研究

摘  要:目的考察循征护理对老年肌少症的效果。方法该研究运用自身前后对照法,以到南通大学附属医院进行治疗的120名老年肌少症患者为受试者,所有参与者均接受EBN护理,6个月后采用Barthel量表评价其基本的生活能力,并测定其身体成分、握力、体能、不良情绪和生活质量。结果接受EBN护理后,受试者生活自理能力正常的患者较之前明显增多,其体重、BMI、RASM、体脂肪、体脂百分比、肢体肌肉和脂肪含量均得到显著提高,其握力和步速均有明显提高,SPPB量表得分及TUG测试明显改善,PHQ-9和GAD-7得分明显减少,生活质量各方面均得以提升。结论EBN护理能有效改善老年肌少症患者的日常生活自理能力、身体成分、握力和体能,缓解不良情绪并改善生活质量。Objective To research the result of evidence-based nursing on elderly sarcopenia.Method This study utilized a self-control means to study 120 elderly people with sarcopenia who accepted treatment at our hospital.All participants received EBN care.After 6 months,the Barthel scale was used to assess the basic daily living ability of the elderly,and their body composition,grip strength,physical fitness,adverse emotions,and quality of life were estimated.Result After receiving EBN care,the number of patients with normal selfcare ability clearly increased compared to before.Their weight,BMI,RASM,body fat,body fat percentage,limb muscle and fat content were obviously increased,their grip strength and step pace were significantly improved,SPPB scale scores and TUG tests were significantly improved,PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores were apparently reduced,and quality of life was improved in all aspects.Conclusion EBN nursing can effectively improve the daily life self-care ability,body composition,grip strength,and physical fitness of elderly patients with sarcopenia,alleviate negative emotions,and improve quality of life.
