基于倾向性评分法评价智慧医联体模式下同质化护理对脑卒中患者的成效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨基于智慧医联体模式下的同质化护理法,在社区医院脑卒中患者管理中的实施成效。方法采取回顾分析法,选取2022年1月-2023年8月在天津市河东区春华街社区卫生服务中心确诊为脑卒中患者共174例为研究对象,其中对照组为94例,观察组为80例,利用倾向性评分法(propensity score matching,PSM)平衡混杂后分析实施前后患者临床护理效果和满意度。结果使用PSM1∶1匹配后,两组患者在神经功能缺损评分(National Institute of Health stroke scale,NIHSS)、日常生活能力评分(Activities of Daily Living,ADL)、心理健康评分(Mental Component Summary,MCS)、Morisky服药依从性(Morisky Medication Adherence Scale,MMAS-8)方面均较干预前更优(P<0.05)。同质化护理的观察组各项评分均较对照组明显更加理想,且护理满意度较对照组显著更高(P<0.05)。结论智慧医联体模式下,同质化护理在社区脑卒中患者管理中成效显著,提升了社区医院护理人员的工作质量,促进医疗资源的均衡化,提高了患者的满意度。Objective The paper analyzed effect of homogenized care in evaluation of stroke patients under smart medical association.Methods 174 stroke patients in Chunhua Community center of Hedong district in Tianjin from January 2022 to August 2023(94 cases of the control group and 80 cases of the observation group)were reviewed based on PSM(propensity score matching).Results After PSM1∶1 matching,all patients got better neurological deficit(National Institute of Health stroke scale,NIHSS)score,Activities of Daily Living(ADL)score,Mental Component Summary(MCS),and Morisky Medication Adherence Scale(MMAS-8)(P<0.05).Scores of observation group were higher with better satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Under smart medical association,homogenized care is effective in management of community stroke patients,enhancing work efficiency and improving patient satisfaction.
