醒脾养儿颗粒结合腹部局部理疗对腹泻患儿胃肠功能及血清IgA、IgG水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨醒脾养儿颗粒结合腹部局部理疗对腹泻患儿胃肠功能及血清IgA、IgG水平的影响。方法选取2021年8月-2023年8月于甘泉县人民医院儿科就诊的120例腹泻患儿作为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,其中参照组60例患儿,研究组60例患儿。参照组患儿实施腹部局部理疗治疗,研究组患儿实施醒脾养儿颗粒结合腹部局部理疗治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗效果96.67%高于参照组的86.67%,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗前,参照组与研究组患儿免疫功能指标水平差异小(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组患儿免疫功能指标水平明显优于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗前,参照组与研究组患儿胃动素以及胃泌素水平差异小(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组患儿胃动素以及胃泌素水平明显优于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在腹泻患儿治疗中应用醒脾养儿颗粒结合腹部局部理疗效果明显,患儿的胃肠功能及血清IgG、IgM、IgA水平得到显著改善。Objective To explore the effects of Xingpi Yang'er Granules combined with local abdominal physical therapy on gastrointestinal function and serum IgA and IgG levels in children with diarrhea.Method 120 children with diarrhea who visited our pediatric department from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 60 children in the reference group and 60 children in the study group.The reference group of children received local abdominal physical therapy,while the study group of children received local abdominal physical therapy combined with Xingpi Yang'er Granules.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result The treatment effect of 96.67%in the study group was higher than that of 86.67%in the reference group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);before treatment,the difference in immune function indicators between the reference group and the study group was small(P>0.05).After treatment,the immune function indicators of the study group were significantly better than those of the reference group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);before treatment,there was little difference in the levels of motilin and gastrin between the reference group and the study group(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of motilin and gastrin in the study group were significantly better than those in the reference group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Xingpi Yang'er Granules combined with local abdominal physical therapy in the treatment of children with diarrhea has a significant effect,and the gastrointestinal function and serum IgG,IgM,and IgA levels of the children have been significantly improved.
