耳穴埋豆联合中药药枕干预心脏介入术围手术期患者术前睡眠障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究耳穴埋豆联合中药药枕干预心脏介入术围手术期患者术前睡眠障碍的临床效果。方法按随机数字表法将赣南医学院第一附属医院2022年6月-2023年2月收治的心脏介入手术前失眠患者80例分为两组,每组各40例。对照组患者行心理护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用耳穴埋豆联合中药药枕干预,两组均干预3d。对比两组睡眠质量评分、焦虑(SAS)及抑郁(SDS)症状评分、生活质量(QOL)评分。结果相比于对照组,观察组干预后觉醒次数、睡眠深度、做梦情况、总睡眠时间、醒后感觉、入睡时间各项评分及SAS、SDS评分均较低(P<0.05)。相比于对照组,观察组干预后QOL评分较高(P<0.05)。结论心脏介入术围术期存在术前睡眠障碍的患者予以耳穴埋豆联合中药药枕干预能够有效改善睡眠质量,缓解焦虑、抑郁等不良心理情绪,对提升术后生活质量具有重要作用,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ear point embedding beans combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine pillows on preoperative sleep disorders in patients undergoing cardiac intervention surgery during the perioperative period.Method 80 patients with insomnia before cardiac intervention surgery admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to February 2023 were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received psychological care,while the observation group received intervention with ear point embedding beans combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine pillows on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for 3 days.Compare the sleep quality scores,anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)symptom scores,and quality of life(QOL)scores between two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower scores in terms of awakening frequency,sleep depth,dreaming situation,total sleep time,wake-up sensation,sleep onset time,SAS and SDS scores after intervention(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the observation group had a higher QOL score after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with preoperative sleep disorders during the perioperative period of cardiac intervention,the combination of ear acupoint bean embedding and Traditional Chinese Medicine pillow intervention can effectively improve sleep quality,alleviate negative psychological emotions such as anxiety and depression,and play an important role in improving postoperative quality of life.It is worth promoting and applying.
