摘 要:针对当前矿用提升钢丝绳换绳车出现的两链轮速度不同步引起的问题,提出在链轮轴上加装一对同步齿轮的方法,分析同步齿轮受到转矩波动时对其啮合特性的影响。首先,进行静强度分析,结合赫兹理论进行对比验证;然后,考虑液压马达输出转矩波动,设置3种不同的波动系数。结果表明:齿轮接触面所受接触压力随所受转矩变化而变化,转矩波动越大,齿轮面接触压力波动也越大;齿轮齿面与齿根面的最大等效应力变化趋势,基本与恒定转矩时的最大等效应力变化趋势一致,但是其最大等效应力的幅值,会随转矩波动的增大而变大。In view of the problem caused by the asynchronous speed of the two sprockets in the current mine hoisting rope changing vehicle,a method of adding a pair of synchronous gears to the sprocket shaft was proposed,and the influence of torque fuctuations on the meshing characteristics of the synchronous gear was analyzed.Firstly,the static strength analysis was carried out,and the comparison was carried out with the Hertz theory.Then,considering the output torque fluctuation of the hydraulic motor,three different fluctuation coefficients were set.The results showed that the contact pressure on the gear contact surface varied with the torque applied,and the larger the torque fluctuation,the greater the contact pressure fluctuation on the gear surface.The change trend of the maximum equivalent stress of the gear tooth surface and the tooth root surface was consistent with the change trend of the maximum equivalent stress at a constant torque,but the amplitude of the maximum equivalent stress would increase with the increase of the torque fluctuation.
