摘 要:为提高矿井对采空区气体成分和自燃煤层的监测精度,及时发现火情,做好风险管控和处置预防管理工作,通过对束管监测系统中正负压输气方式的技术特点进行分析研究,选择了正压输气方式进行系统改造,形成了矿井数据连续监测,快速采集、传输、分析的联动机制。经矿井实际试验,束管监测系统显示CO浓度范围为2.8×10^(-5)~3.1×10^(-5),比人工监测的数据更精准,且每年可降低成本23.7万元。In order to improve the monitoring accuracy for gas composition and spontaneous combustion coal seam in mined-out area,find out the fire in time,and do a good job in risk control and disposal prevention management,through the analysis and research on the technical characteristics of positive and negative pressure gas transmission mode in beam tubemonitoring system,the positive pressure gas transmission mode was selected for the system transformation,and the linkage mechanism of continuous monitoring,rapid collection,transmission and analysis of mine data was formed.Through the actual test of the mine,the beam tube monitoring system showed that the CO concentration range was 2.8×10^(-5)~3.1×10^(-5),which was more accurate than the manual monitoring data,and could reduce the cost of maintenance by 237000 Yuan per year.
