摘　　要：视频分布式系统自21世纪出现以后,经过近二十年的发展,已经成为一个成熟、先进的音视频处理系统,其出色的性能可以弥补全国高清气象视频会商系统以视频矩阵为核心的传统音视频处理系统的不足,因此在新一代全国高清气象视频会商系统中得以应用。视频分布式系统的应用提升了会商系统的稳定性和便捷性,在国省两级视频会商业务中发挥了重要作用。阐述了视频分布式系统的技术特点,分析了视频分布式系统在新一代全国高清气象视频会商系统中的应用。Since the emergence of the video distributed system in the 2lst century,after nearly two decades of development,it has become a mature and advanced audio and video processing system,whose excellent performance can make up for the shortcomings of the traditional audio and video processing system with video matrix as the core of the national high-definition weather video conference system,so it can be applied in the new generation of national high-definition weather video conference system.The application of video distributed system improves the stability and convenience of the conference system,and plays an important role in the national and provincial video conference business.On the one hand,it focuses on the technical characteristics of the video distributed system,on the other hand,it analyzes the application of the video distributed system in the new generation of national high-definition weather video conference system.
