摘  要:渤海A油田主力油层为东营组,生产过程中发现某油井存在生产压差大、采液强度远低于同井区水平的问题,按照无因次采液指数变化规律,预测该井正常产液量应为180m^(3)/d,但目前仅有39m^(3)/d,产液能力严重不足。为提高该井产能,实现提质增效,通过对该井储层物性、地层流体性质分析,结合该井前期存在产液、流压迅速下降的现象,且其原油处于含水乳化区间,判断该井因外来流体引起冷伤害和原油乳化,造成储层污染,导致产液量大幅下降。室内针对其伤害类型及原因,开发出稠油解堵工作液。该工作液可有效解除稠油乳化伤害,加速破乳脱水。现场应用结果表明,修井作业使用该稠油解堵工作液投产后,产液提升至140.92m^(3)/d,产油53.55m^(3)/d,是使用前的3.8倍,表明其具有良好的解除原油乳化伤害作用,疏通了渗流通道,对油田增产稳产具有重要意义。The main oil layer of Bohai A oilfield was the Dongying group.During the production process,it was found that a certain oil well had problems with high production pressure differential and much lower liquid production per unit thickness than the same well area.According to the variation law of dimensionless fluid productivity index,it was predicted that the normal liquid producing capacity of the well should be 180m^(3)/d,but currently it was only 39m^(3)/d,so the liquid producing capacity was severely insufficient.In order to improve the producing capacity and improve the quality and efficiency,based on the analysis of the reservoir physical properties and formation fluid properties,combined with the phenomenon of rapid decline in liquid production and flow pressure in the early stage of the well,and the fact that the crude oil was in the range of water-oil emulsification,it was determined that the well has caused cold damage and crude oil emulsification due to external fluids,resulting in reservoir pollution and a significant decrease in liquid production.A heavy oil blockage relieving working fluid has been developed by the types and causes of damage.This working fluid can relieve heavy oil emulsification damage effectively and accelerate demulsification and dehydration.The application results showed that the liquid production increased to 140.92m^(3)/d,and the oil production was 53.55m^(3)/d,which was 3.8 times higher than before use.This indicated that it has a good effect on relieving crude oil emulsification damage,unblocking the seepage channel,has great significance of increasing oil production for the oilfield.
