无磷药剂在中水回用冷却水系统中的应用研究

摘  要:针对某厂炼油部CFB循环水厂目前使用含磷药剂、回用水比例为50%的现状,研发出一种无磷阻垢缓蚀剂A/B。这种药剂不仅可以替代目前使用的含磷药剂,而且还可适用于回用水比率为60%及以上的循环水系统。静态阻垢试验和腐蚀试验、动态模拟试验结果表明,该药剂性能均优于GB/T 50050—2017《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》技术要求。该药剂在以回用水比率为60%的补水的CFB循环水系统中现场应用9个月,循环水系统的腐蚀、结垢均得到有效控制,并且排水可以达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》的一级排放标准。In view of the current situation that the CFB circulating water plant of a refinery department uses phosphorus containing agents and the proportion of recycled water was 5o%,a phosphorus free scale and corrosion inhibitor A/B was developed.The agent can not only replace the phosphorus containing agent used at present,but also can be applied to the circulating water system with the reuse ratio of 60%and above.A series results of static scale inhibition tests,static corrosion tests,dynamic tests showed that the treatment effect of the agent can perfectly reach the technical requirement specified in the GB/T 50050-2017“Code for Design of Industrial Recirculating Cooling Water Treatment”.The phosphorus-free agent was successfully applied 9 months in the circulating water system with 60%water reuse ratio,and the corrosion and scaling of the circulating water system were effectively controlled while the total phosphorus content in the drainage can meet the first-class discharge standard of the GB 8978-1996“Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard”.
