摘 要:通过对蒽油加氢装置精制单元现有工艺流程的分析和评估,制定了采取煤、油共炼,增设沸腾床加氢预处理单元,以及调整加热炉位置等改造方案。通过监控和评估,对改造效果进行评价。结果表明,通过对工艺的优化改造,蒽油加氢装置精制单元的原料性质与工艺条件得到改善,从而延长了催化剂使用寿命,降低了加氢精制单元能耗,并提高了整个装置的加工效率。Through the analysis and evaluation of the existing process of refining unit of anthracene oil hydrogenation unit,reform projects have been executed,such as the adoption of coal-oil coprocessing,the addition of hydropretreating unit of boiling bed,and the adjustion of heater position.Reconstruction effects were evaluated by monitoring and evaluation.The results showed that the process optimizations have prolonged the service life of catalyst,reduced the energy consumption of hydrofiningunit,and improved the processing efficiency of whole unit for the improvement of raw material properties and process conditions of refining unit of anthracene oil hydrogenation unit.
