摘　　要：俄罗斯面临美国太空军事化带来的严重威胁,不断加大非动能反卫星系统的研制和部署的步伐。文章回顾了近年来俄罗斯非动能反卫星能力现状,分析了其发展特点及未来发展趋势,并提出相关建议。Russia is facing a serious threat from the militarization of space by the United States,and is constantly stepping up the development and deployment of non-kinetic anti-satellite systems.This paper reviews the pres-ent situation of Russian non-kinetic anti-satellite capability in recent years,analyzes its development characteris-tics and future development trend,and puts forward relevant suggestions.
