摘  要:应用于全固态激光雷达的光学相控阵是一种电控扫描的光束指向控制技术,具有宽视场、低功耗、轻量化的优异性能,在军事和民用领域发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章首先介绍了光学相控阵基本工作原理;回顾了近年来基于不同材料光学相控阵的国内外研究进展,主要包括:光波导相控阵(如LiTaO3晶体、GaAs/AIGaAs、PLZT电光陶瓷、Si等)和液晶光学相控阵;并对基于不同材料光学相控阵的优劣势进行对比分析;指出了研制高性能光学相控阵需要突破的关键技术;并给出了光学相控阵技术的发展趋势与挑战。Optical phased array applied to all-solid-state lidar is an electronically controlled scanning beam pointing control technology,which has excellent performance of wide field of view,low power consumption and light weight,and plays an increasingly important role in military and civilian fields.This paper first introduces the basic working principle of optical phased array and reviews the recent research progress of optical phased arrays based on different materials at home and abroad,mainly including:optical waveguide phased arrays(such as LiTaO3 crystals,GaAs/AlGaAs,PLZT electro-optical ceramics,Si),liquid crystal optical phased arrays.Then it compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of optical phased arrays based on different ma-terials.The key technologies that need to be broken through in the development of high-performance optical phased arrays are proposed.And the development trend and challenges of optical phased array technology are presented.
