摘　　要：针对挖掘机监控器程序升级文件大,用时长的问题,提出一种挖掘机监控器程序的远程快速升级方案。该远程升级系统由云平台、T-BOX及监控器等3大模块组成,通过云平台获知待升级监控器的当前程序版本,并上传新程序,云平台通过bsdiff差分算法对新旧程序进行差分计算,自动生成监控器的补丁文件,再通过无线网络将补丁文件传输到T-BOX中,T-BOX通过CAN总线将补丁文件传输到监控器,监控器调用自身存储的文件实现程序更新或文件更新失败后程序回滚至旧程序,从而确保机器正常运行。快速升级方案降低了监控器待升级文件的大小,降低了无线通信流量费,加快了程序升级用时。In view of the problems of large file size and long time consuming for upgrading the program of excavator monitor,a remote and quick upgrade solution for excavator monitor program is proposed.The remote upgrade system consists of three modules,cloud platform,T-BOX and monitor.The current program version of the monitor to be upgraded is known and the new program is uploaded via the cloud platform.The cloud platform calculates the difference between the old program and the new program through the bsdiff difference algorithm,automatically generates a patch file for the monitor and then transmits the patch file to the T-BOX via wireless network.The T-BOX transmits the patch file to the monitor via CAN bus,and the monitor calls its own stored file to realize program update or rolls the program back to the old one when the file update fails,so as to ensure the normal operation of the machine.The quick upgrade solution reduces the size of the monitor's pending update file,reduces the wireless communication traffic cost and speeds up the program upgrade.
