摘 要:针对采用上承式钢筋混凝土悬臂浇筑拱桥的水落河特大桥施工项目,在国内外先进技术及上承式拱圈挂篮成功经验的基础上,设计出具有自主知识产权的新型混凝土拱桥悬浇挂篮。该挂篮机构设置合理,能最大限度减轻挂篮自重,保证挂篮的刚度、强度及稳定性达到设计要求;主承载结构采用梯形桁架结构,解决了大倾角、长悬臂、重载荷的悬臂节段浇筑问题;各行走、定位、调节机构采用液压系统,减少了人员操作,提高了施工效率。大桥施工时,首次采用全液压钢内模系统,实现了内模智能收开模及独立走行功能,大幅提高了工效;为适应拱圈施工过程中挂篮角度的不断变化,创新设计的可调式走道平台系统能始终保持水平,为挂篮施工操作人员提供了良好的安全保障和舒适的作业环境。For the construction project of Shuiluo River Grand Bridge which is a deck reinforced concrete cantilever casting arch bridge,based on domestic and international advanced technology and successful experience of deck arch ring hanging basket,a new type of cantilever casting hanging basket for concrete arch bridge with independent intellectual property rights is designed.The hanging basket mechanism is set up reasonably,which can minimize the selfweight and ensure that the stiffness,strength and stability meet the design requirements.The main bearing structure adopts a trapezoidal truss structure,which solves the problem of cantilever section casting with large inclination angle,long cantilever and heavy load.The travelling,positioning and adjusting mechanisms adopt hydraulic systems,which reduces human operation and improves the construction efficiency.During the construction of the bridge,the fully hydraulic steel internal formwork system is adopted for the first time,which realizes intelligent extension and retraction and the independent travelling functions of the internal formwork and greatly improves the construction efficiency.To adapt to the continuous changes in the angle of the hanging basket during the construction of the arch ring,the innovatively designed adjustable walkway platform system can always remain horizontal,which provides the operators of the hanging basket construction with a good safety guarantee and a comfortable working environment.
