摘  要:为指导轮式铣刨机前轮转向系统转向液压缸、转向连杆的设计选型与校核,运用ADAMS动力学分析软件对转向系统的转向过程进行仿真计算,得到前轮转向系统转向过程中转向液压缸力和转向连杆力的变化曲线。分析结果表明,前轮转向系统在左转或右转到极限位置附近时转向液压缸力和转向连杆力会增加,且在轮胎左转到极限位置5°范围内转向液压缸力和转向连杆力增加较多,左转到极限位置时达到最大值。根据仿真结果对转向液压缸和转向连杆进行选型和校核优化,可有效缩短新结构转向系统开发周期,提高研发效率。To guide the design,selection and check of the steering hydraulic cylinder and steering linkage of the front wheel steering system of the wheel milling machine,ADAMS dynamics analysis software is used to simulate and calculate the steering process of the steering system to obtain the change curves of the steering hydraulic cylinder force and steering linkage force in the steering process of the front wheel steering system.The analysis results show that the steering hydraulic cylinder force and steering linkage force increase when the front wheel steering system is turned left or right to the limit position,and the steering hydraulic cylinder force and steering linkage force increase more when the tyre is turned left to within the range of 5°from the limit position and reach the maximum value when the tyre is turned left to the limit position.Based on the simulation results,the steering hydraulic cylinder and steering linkage are selected and optimized for check,which can effectively shorten the development cycle of the steering system with a new structure and improve the research and development efficiency.
