摘  要:轴荷分配在多轴汽车起重机总体设计与系统布置中有着至关重要的作用。以5轴汽车起重机为例,提出适用多轴起重机的轴荷计算方法,该方法考虑了车架变形和悬挂刚度对轴荷分配的影响。以非线性弹簧单元模拟轮胎和板簧,对轴荷进行仿真分析。为实现预期的轴荷分配,提出不同轴荷车桥之间的平衡梁需设置限位的方法。通过与实测轴荷对比,验证了该计算方法的有效性。Axle load distribution plays a crucial role in the overall design and system arrangement of multi-axle truck cranes.Taking a 5-axle truck crane as an example,a method for calculating axle loads applicable to the multi-axle crane is proposed,which takes into account the effects of frame deformation and suspension stiffness on axle load distribution.The tyres and leaf springs are simulated with nonlinear spring elements to simulate and analyze axle loads.To achieve the expected axle load distribution,a method of setting limits on the balance beam between axles with different axle loads is proposed.By comparing with the measured axle loads,the effectiveness of the calculation method is verified.
