摘  要:节约型双相不锈钢是一种高性能、低成本的钢种,包含铁素体和奥氏体两相,其利用锰氮替代镍来降低成本,提高性能(力学性能、耐蚀性能和焊接性能),具备替代奥氏体不锈钢、铁素体不锈钢的先天优势。介绍双相不锈钢的发展概况、微观组织、热加工性能、焊接性能、在工程上的应用以及潜在的应用价值,提出未来节约型双相不锈钢的方向将是沿着高性能、高质量、可持续发展路线,在质量、产量、工程应用等方面稳健发展。Lean duplex stainless steel is a kind of steel with high performance and low costs,including ferritic and austenitic phases,and it uses manganese-nitrogen to replace nickel to reduce costs and improve performance(mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and welding performance)and has inherent advantages of replacing austenitic stainless steel and ferritic stainless steel.The development overview,microstructure,thermal process ability,welding performance,engineering applications and potential application value of the duplex stainless steel are introduced,and it is proposed that the future direction of the lean duplex stainless steel will be along with the route of high performance,high quality and sustainable development,with stable development in terms of quality,production and engineering applications.
